Christmas Is A Time For Peace

This lovely Christmas song is fantastic for:

• Teaching Rondo form. It's 'A B A C A D A' plus a coda.
• Teaching the rhythmic element 'too-oo-oo' (dotted minim / dotted half note).
• Preparing and practising the melodic element 'low ti'.

You might like to split your class in halves. One half sings the 'A' section and the other half sing each new section.

Alternatively, you could have different groups for the 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D' and 'Coda' sections.
