Mary Had A Little Lamb

This traditional English nursery rhyme is useful for:

  • Singing in a tetratonic scale.
  • Teaching the rhythmic element 'too' (minim/ half note).
  • Practising the melodic element 're'.
  • As the words are repetitive, this is a great song to have students come up with new words!
