Fa La La - Mozart Canon

This immensely fun canon is great for:

  • Concentration and memory (it's longer than many canons).
  • Teaching the melodic element 'low ta' (flattened low ti).
  • Working in 2/2 metre.
  • Mastering a light, delicate 'Classical' sound!
  • Chordal analysis (see comment below).
  • Good intonation will be imperative to capture the beauty of the Classical sound.
  • Practising octaves ('do' to 'high do' to 'do')

This download includes the score format. This will assist rehearsals and also make chordal analysis an option for your students!
