Copycats Look for a Line to Recline (Singing Story)

This story is an illustrated version of the rhyme 'Copycats Looking For A Line to Recline' with added narration.
This visually appealing story can be used as part of an overall approach to teaching skips on the staff.
Through this story children are introduced to the idea that notes that are a skip apart are copycats. If one note is on a line, all the notes that are a skip apart are on lines.
This story also helps reinforce that we count lines starting from the bottom of the staff.
