Bye-lo Baby-o (Beat Rhythm Icons Black and White)

  • Teaching Suggestions:
  • Print 1 beat icon and 1 rhythm icon. Laminate back to back and teacher or student flip back and forth for when there is a "ta" and when there is a "ti-ti".
  • Print enough beat icons for each beat of song & laminate with rhythm icons on the back. Place on the floor with the “ta” side up (one picture up). As the teacher sings the song, students figure out aurally which beats are “ti-tis” & a chosen student or students turn the relevant pictures over showing the “ti-ti” side.
